At the Hotels
We stayed in a hotel once on our way out and once on our way back. Both hotels had pools with watersides which was a huge hit with the kids-I even went down a few times. Both hotel nights the kids were in the pool for 2 or more hours into the late hours of the evening. The kids love the adventure of a hotel, the breakfast, the elevators, finding the pool, and all of us laying in bed watching TV way past bedtime.
All four kids slept really well at night. The 3 older would sleep in one bed but they would flip the opposite direction leaving just enough room for them all.

Bear Country
Bear Country was just a quick spontaneous stop as we were driving to our hotel and it was well worth it! It was so awesome to see the bears walking right next to the van and even bumping into it. Garen was a little unnerved that non of the animals were caged in and them being right next to us be we assured him the doors and windows would stay closed. My favorite out of all of bear country was the baby bears! They were tackling each other and climbing on their little house, they were so cute!!!
