The kids enjoyed another night at the track competing against their peers. They all did really well and I just love watching them excel. Sophie had the most kids in her age group and she got 1st place in every event she competed in. The newspaper also took her picture and asked me for her info. Maddie and Garen participated in the 400 meter this time to. Maddie took 2nd out of all ages and Garen did really well to for that long of a race!

Smart to have them do a standing long jump into sand rather than hard grass....I think that ruined Carstens knees even though it was over 10 years ago!
