Andy gave her a beautiful blessing. He blessed her that she would feel a sense of kindness toward everyone she meets and they will feel the love from her kindness and influence. He blessed her with the courage to face her fears and the strength to get through her temptations. He blessed her that she would find a young man who is as kind as she is and that loves and recognizes her talents and strong values. And he promised Heavenly Father would be there to help her through challenges she will face in school, in her marriage, and in making important decisions.
Then I got the opportunity to bare my testimony.
It was so wonderful to have a lot of family and friends come. My parents, Sara, Abby, Dan and Becky all came clear out here for the blessing. They had to leave from Sara's house at 5:30AM to get here in time for 9AM church. From Andy's side we had his parents, Amber, Zeb, and Levi. We were also privileged to have our neighbors, not of our faith, join us at church.
After church we had a brunch with everyone. We had ham, potato, bacon and egg casserole, fruit, muffins, juice, and donuts.

After everyone had left for their long trips home, We headed over to Casey and Melissa's house (neighbors) for the Super bowl. The kids had a great time playing, we had yummy food, Melissa and I talked most the time, and the boys watched. It was an enjoyable evening to top off an amazing day!
