While Sophie was sick she got bored of laying on the couch watching cartoons so she built this tower.

Poor sick Sophie

Sophie got sick early Thursday morning.  This poor sick girl is the best sick kid, if there is such a thing.  She always makes it to the toilet or bowl before throwing up, she tells me she loves me all the time and she still smiles.  I had to cancel preschool on Thursday because she was just too sick, by Thursday evening I thought she was getting better but she got a high fever that night that lasted till morning.  She still wasn't feeling very good and still hadn't eaten anything on Friday so we decided not to take our weekend trip to Logan.  Now it's Saturday and she's not all the way better yet but eating and acting a little more like herself.

Skating

Witches Night out

Had a fun night out with my friends and got some cute new stuff.  

First Snow!

After the first month of Kindergarten Garen has discovered the exciting world of reading and writing.  He spends all day asking Andy, Maddie and I how to spell things, reading us random words everywhere we go and showing us what words he has learned to write on his own.  Last night I found him and Maddie asleep on her floor markers and paper in hand.

Last Soccer games of the season

Only in Wyoming will you see a dad watching his child play soccer from his horse-

Garen really loves soccer.  Sometimes he just stands on the field without moving, sometimes  he doesn't know what is happening in the game but you ask him what he likes to do and its play soccer.  I think what he  really likes is rough housing with the boys-

Look!  He got a kick in!  He might have missed but he dropped his talking sleeves and went for the ball!

Maddie was nicknamed "honeybadger" by her coach.  She's small and cute but tough as nails and fierce!  I heard the coach telling the other girls to stay right, stay in the middle, then he came to Maddie and said, "go wherever you want honeybadger."
It's so fun to watch her play!
