New Calling
I got called to be the secretary in the Primary Presidency. I'm excited! And I think this will work out much better than teaching Sunbeams because of Sophie. She is always crying during Primary time and that is hard to deal with on top on 6 Sunbeams. I will miss teching my sweet little 3 year olds but it's always exciting to start something new.
Also, today I am proud to say that I made it to 9AM church early by myself with all three kids. Andy had to work, but we even made it through Sacrament meeting without being to disruptive. And I did sharing time in Primary (While Nicole held crying Sophie).
I am very tired from no sleep and from getting 3 kids up and ready for church, but I am so glad I did. The testimonies today brought in the spirit and motivation I needed and pushed away my desire to go home and sleep.

First Solid Food
Field Trip to the Animal Hospital
Maddie loves animals so much so she really enjoyed it. They got to see some dogs washed and dried, see the animal hotel, see some animal x-rays, see the surgery room and much more.
Apparently it was pretty stinky in there-

New Bikes
Andy took Garen earlier in the day to pick out his bike-he picked Spiderman. Then we took Maddie after school; she found a bike in her favorite color blue.
When we got home we let the kids try them out. Garen hasn't got the pedaling down yet, but he'll get it.
And we pulled Maddie's training wheels off first thing and she was off. She is so crazy! She just started riding around almost running into things and when she stopped she realized she could no longer put her feet on the ground like she could with her old bike. So we had a couple crashes. But that didn't stop her, she would hop back on and keep riding.
She only stopped riding after she crashed into the side of a truck and fell in a huge puddle of mud. She was fine-I tried to take a picture of her covered in mud, but she ran away and didn't want anyone to see a picture of her muddy back side.

Easter
I love this message about the true meaning of Easter. I can't even comprehend what Christ went through, but I am truly grateful for his sacrifice; so that one day, despite all my mistakes I can become perfect through him. Happy Easter
It was so nice that Sports Authority was closed on Sunday and Andy was home! We started the day with the kids finding their Easter baskets. Then we headed to 9AM church. I taught the Sunbeams while Andy carried Sophie around to make her happy. In sharing time the girl dressed like Mary Magdalene and told the story of her friend Jesus-the kids loved it. When we got home the kids had sandwiches shaped like bunnies and flowers.
Later in the afternoon the kids had their Easter egg hunt. They found all their eggs very quickly and loved the treats inside.
Then we had our Easter dinner of Ham, cheese potatoes, green bean casserole and yellow jello jigglers.
It was a wonderful day and I love being together with my little family all day long.
Thomas underwear in hopes of potty training soon-
