Girls Night at the Haunted house

Such a fun girls night.  We waited in line for over an hour and we weren't sure how good the haunted house would be, but then we went in and had the most terrifying 5 minutes of my life.  I screamed and laughed the entire way through-so much fun!  Then we spent a couple hours at Applebees after.

Bingo for books

Maddies school had bingo for books the other night and before it even started the popcorn machine set off the fire alarm and we spent 30 minutes outside. Quite the adventure-it's been a long time since I've done a fire drill

I tried to snap a photo of garen before he went to picture day and this is what he gave me. I can't wait to see what his school pictures turned out like!

Andy helped shingle the roof, I got to spend a few hours with my high school friend Giselle, and we had dinner at Angie's with Andy's family

Fall

Grandma Margaret's Funeral

Such a "Special" (as grandma would put it) weekend.  Loved seeing family that we don't get to see to often, and hearing memories and stories of Grandma's life.  The funeral ceremony was lovely.  Strong hearted Maddie was brought to tears and the spirit was strongly felt.  Sophie got a special little pearl necklace that was grandmas and Maddie got a necklace with the letter M on it.
