Some excitement on Cloud court

I happened to look out my bedroom window and see some guy sprinting down my street and then a cop car fly through the field, stop and tackle the runner to the ground. A few seconds later 5 more police cars showed up, followed by a firetruck, an ambulance, and then the drug dog.
