Boys trip

Andy took Garen Friday and Saturday on a little camping and fishing trip. They made tin foil dinners, smores, slept in the tent, and caught lots of fish! Garen was a pretty good photographer even though there was about 50 pictures of grass and his fingers.

Dad Saves the day...

I sent Andy over to the school when it got out to get Maddie home safely in the storm. Here he is walking with our only umbrella-it's Garen's. I even saw him jump at the loud thunder once.

Maddie was so relieved to see her daddy. She said she was so afraid that she might have to walk home and she might get hit by lightning that she almost started crying.

Home safe and sound-

Garen really wanted to go out in the rain with his umbrella. He was out there for about 30 seconds before he came running back in afraid of the thunder.

Happy Halloween!!!

Trick or treating it today here in Rock Springs, but we decided we've had plenty of celebrating and to much candy. I told the kids they could pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters that come to our door and they seemed pretty pleased with that.

Halloween Party

Andy and I went to the Hunter's Halloween party Friday night. I was so glad my mom was here to help me create a costume and to watch our kids so we could go out. It was a ton of fun with a real palm reader and a DJ and tons of yummy food.
We had to introduce ourselves at the party as our characters and Andy stood up and said, "I am...More uncomfortable than I have ever been in my life" He was a good sport, he even danced for a second when they dedicated the 'Walk like an Egyptian' song to us.

Fishing

Yesterday was such a nice day, so when I finished preschool and Maddie got home from school we headed out. We went to Jim Bridger pond, which happens to be right next to where Andy works, so we got to see the plant out there.
