Bird feeders, movies, preschool party, and Christmas treats

This sweet Christmas picture is not from this Sunday, but from one a couple weeks back, since this week the kids stayed home from church with bad coughs and pink eye.

Today was our preschool Christmas party complete with gingerbread trains, the Polar Express story, Christmas chains to count down the last 5 days, homemade stocking filled to the brim, pin the had on the polar bear game, and much more. Garen couldn't wait to dig into all his fun treats and toys he got from his preschool friends!

We've really enjoyed the break this week from gymnastics, piano, ice skating, etc. Everyday we've been able to do fun Christmas things as a family. We all snuggled on one couch with hot cocoa and watched Elf, we made tons of chocolate covered Cinnamon bears, and peppermint bark, then the kids loved running up to everyones doors and delivering the treats, we drove around and looked at Christmas lights, and we made winter bird feeders and hung them out in the snow.-
